Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your custom wig to be created, with an additional 3–7 business days for shipping. We offer flexibility to match your needs—purchase our premium raw bundles for your unit, or send in your own bundles and we’ll transform them into a beautifully crafted custom wig just for you. Cancellation Policy
NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within the 24-hour period, you will receive a full Refund. Anything under 24 Hours No refund will be issued.
